Everything you do to your PSP is on your own risk.
If you are unsure of what you are doing, or you are afraid of bricking your PSP,
please do not follow these steps and stick with running HEN-D with devhook. Why fix something that is not broken? Letââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s do this in three steps.
1.) Downgrade to 1.5
2.) Upgrade to 3.02OE-A and B
3.) Run ISOââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s Requirements:

HEN-D
Download and extract all this to your PC, because in the following steps it will be assumed you did this already. 1. Downgrading to 1.5
Connect your power cord to the PSP so that it is being powered by your wall outlet.
Enter the directory on your PC where you stored the contents from the TA082down.rar
It should include two directories; idstoragechange and UPDATE.
Connect your PSP to your PC.
Copy the UPDATE and idstoragechange directories to the /PSP/GAME/ directory on your PSP.
Create a directory called UPDATE in the /PSP/GAME/ directory on your PSP.
Rename the 1.50 US firmware file EBOOT.PBP to UPDATE.PBP and copy it to the /PSP/GAME/UPDATE directory on your PSP.
(After copying, please rename the original file on your PC back to EBOOT.PBP, we will need this file later again).
Disconnect your USB cable, but leave your power cable connected!
Start up HEN-D.
Enter your memory stick and start idstoragechange.
After completing the required steps it will show you your main PSP menu again.
Now go to your memory stick and start Update ver X.YX.
This program will downgrade your PSP to 1.5.
The screen will go black for a while, do not panic and especially do not turn off your PSP or reset it!
Just wait until all the steps have been completed and you are being prompted to press X to restart the PSP.
If everything went okay, you will now see a blue screen with a message in various languages and it will ask you to press the O button. Do that and you should be booting into 1.50.
You can double check that in the system settings. 2. Upgrading to Firmware 3.02OE-A and B
Connect your USB cable.
First make sure that you make a backup of the entire contents of your PSPââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s memory stick.
After that I suggest that you will format your memory stick so that there will be no problem with conflicting files.
Do that from within Windows, by rightclicking on the drive letter in windows explorer and selecting †œFormatà¢ÃƒÆ’¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Âà ‚¦ÃƒÆ’¢â‚Âà ‚¬Ãƒâ€š?. That will show you a screen with the size of the memory stick, and what kind of format it will be. Make sure that you have set FAT32 on, and do not select the quick format.
After formatting, please create a PSP directory in the root of your memory stick.
Enter the PSP directory and create a GAME directory.
Go to the directory on your PC where you have extracted the 3.02OE-A files.
You should find there the following directories: 302oeflasher, 302oeflasher%, oeupdmaker, oeupdmaker%.
Copy the directories oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to the /PSP/GAME/ directory on your PSP.
Enter the directory on your PC where you stored the 1.50 US firmware eboot file, and rename it to 150.PBP
Copy this 150.PBP file to the /PSP/GAME/ oeupdmaker/ directory on your PSP (make sure itâ₠¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s the directory without the % ).
After that enter the directory on your PC where you stored the 3.02 US firmware eboot file, and rename it to 302.PBP
Copy this 302.PBP file to the /PSP/GAME/ oeupdmaker/ directory on your PSP (make sure itâ₠¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s the directory without the % ).
Disconnect your USB cable, put keep your power cable connected.
Now go to your memory stick and start oeupdmaker.
Let the program complete all itâ₠¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s steps, and when it is done it will have created a file called DATA.DXAR in your /PSP/GAME/ oeupdmaker/ directory on your PSP.
Connect your USB cable, and copy this file to a save place on your PC, we will need it for the next step.
Go to the directory on your PC where you have extracted the 3.02OE-A files.
Copy the directories 302oeflasher and 302oeflasher % to the /PSP/GAME/ directory on your PSP.
Copy the file we just save, DATA.DXAR, to the /PSP/GAME/302oeflasher/ directory on your PSP.
Disconnect your USB cable, but keep your power cable connected.
Go to your memory stick on the PSP, and start the 302oeflasher.
In the next screen you will have the final choice of cancelling the update or to continue with it.
Press X to continue or R to cancel.
This program will upgrade your PSP to 3.02OE-A
The screen might go black for a while, do not panic and especially do not turn off your PSP or reset it!
Just wait until all the steps have been completed and you are being asked to restart the PSP.
Restart the PSP and you should be running 3.02OE.
To update this version to 3.02OE-B.
Connect your USB cable.
Enter the directory where you have extracted the 3.02OE-B files.
There should be a directory called OEB_UPDATE.
On your PSP create a directory in the /PSP/ directory and call it GAME150.
Go to the /PSP/GAME150/ directory on your PSP and copy there the OEB_UPDATE directory.
Next unplug your USB cable, but leave your power cable connected.
Enter the GAME menu on your PSP and go to your memory stick.
Run the 3.02OE-B update.
After all steps have completed, you should be running Firmware version 3.02OE-B.
You can double check this in your system settings.
If you want, you can now remove the following directories: 302oeflasher, 302oeflasher%, oeupdmaker, oeupdmaker% from your /PSP/GAME/ directory. Also you can remove everything you have in /PSP/GAME150/
Now, go to your backed up files from 2.71 on the hard drive of your PC.
Copy the MP_ROOT directory to the root / of your PSP.
Copy the /PSP/SAVEDATA/ files to /PSP/SAVEDATA/ on your PSP.
Do the same for whatever pictures or videos you had on your backup that you want to restore. 3. Running ISOââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s on the 3.02OE-B firmware.
Connect the USB cable.
Create an ISO directory in the / root of your PSP, and place legally backed up ISO or CSO file in that directory.
Make sure that you have an UMD inserted in the UMD drive.
Disconnect the USB cable.
Go to the memory stick and there you will see your ISO and CSO files. Just run them and they should boot without any problems.
If you want to run emulators, please place those in the /PSP/GAME150/ directory.
Also start these from the memory stick.
