Sony PSP Hacks Forums - View Single Post - 3.1 to 3.03 in order to downgrade right??

so now i know i have to upgrade to 3.03 in order to downgrade, so i;m assuming i need to go to network update, can i dl each new update.

i don't want to upgrade too much to the newest fw then i'll be screwed, or can i dl the 3.03 fw online and install it.
