Sorry to have to make a new thread i could not find similar problems by searching.
I have just got a psp with OE-C installed.
Im trying to make an eboot from my final fantasy 9 PAL disk. Now i have made an ISO and run NTSC converter and made an eboot but
1) it does not create a keys.bin
2) it was getting just past the playstation boot screen then just black screen
I have tried this a few times by creating the original ISO's with different software but now it will not even see anything i place in PSP\Game it says there are no games on my memory stick.
Please can someone help me with my problems as i have spent about 4 hours searching for a solution

PS. I have also tried by making BIN and CUE files instead of ISo's
