you guys just need to get a laser replacement...kinda expensive but they do ggood work here:

you have to mail it out...but i sent 2 already and they fixed a snapped power switch and one that had broken r-trigger and a jammed square button and a broken power switch...they do good work but most people don't like to send their psp away...i had many many doubts about mine being sent away...
