Why start with a psp instead of just making a portable 360? You obvisouly cannot play 360 games on 333Mhz process and there is no room to add a 5gig memory module inside the case. You also cannot upgrade the memory to a gig with the board inside the psp. You cannot modify the psp into a portable 360, the hardware specs are completely different. Open that case up and show me how you added additional memory to the main board and how you got the firmware to recognize additional memory.

All you did was customize the outer case of the psp and an old shell replacement technique to make your interface appear like the 360. Its a cool looking mod, but you did not customize the hardware to the specs you stated and you cannot run 360 games on your handheld.

EDIT: Also, there are no Microsoft offices in Baton Rouge Lousiana so I highly doubt you work for Microsoft but I am pretty sure you live in LA.
