The NBA wanted LeBron James in the finals. They want higher TV ratings. Though it backfired and they had the lowest TV ratings for any NBA Finals. But mark my word, San Antonio will be replaced by the Suns this year in the Finals and the Cavs will be replaced by a large market team. It would help tremendously for the NBA to have higher TV ratings. That is the main way the NBA makes money. It's scripted. |
while there were many bad calls, the eastern conference finals wasnt scripted...wallace and gordon for kobe is a legit trade. Kobe will not go anywhere becaue the lakers are one of 3 NBA teams that need to do good for ratings (knicks, lakers, celtics)
