i guess you just have to be careful on who you buy your batteries from ..
i have a 1800 original 2200 original and HK 3600 batteries. i use the 3600 a lot more since it provides me with 10 hours of non stop playing time and yes i tested it out. my original 1800 is being used as a pandora's battery and my 2200 is my spare after i drained the 3600 battery down. now the bad part about the 3600 battery is that you can not turn it into a pandora battery. aside from that I am happy with it.
