You should use the TOTALNewbi easyInstaller.
Especially if you have a Phat (as your signature states). It installs 3.71m33-2 and it uses Despertar del Cementerio V2. That's the easyest way to create a magic memory stick for a Phat. If you plan on using it on a Slim, there will be no display whatsoever and you will have to do a blind install.
