Use DVDFab Platinum. I'll put the download links at the bottom for you.

Use it to rip the movie straight into PSP format. That should work. I've never actually ripped the Advent Children movie myself but it's one of the two programs I use for ripping.

The other program I use is Xilisoft DVD Ripper Platinum. It can rip straight into PSP format as well.
