Simmer down guys...

PSBrew, Use the PPF-P-Matic (Find the Iso, Find the PFF, Both in same folder)
Apply..
Now the Patch has been Added to the ISO...
Then you use Midian's Guide and grab his "Extra's" and while doing that You can also find the edits i did... all of this is done with UMDGEN...
Save as a "Un"compressed ISO. Open up your "ISO Compresser" and compress to CSO...
