Because there's no compelling reason to update. I'm still at 3.40* and I don't see a reason to update to 3.52 M33. Popsloader, I have no use for as all PSX games I've played so far work well on 3.40. UMD Video ISO support, they're too big so I'd rather bring the UMD or convert my DVD to a more manageable-sized MP4. Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core works on 3.40 and that's the only new game I'm playing. Yeah, no reason to update.
