Default GUIDE TO::Making Pandora's Battery (*new method*)

On second thought, I think I'm having troubles with the partitions of the memory stick. When enter the command line and try to do the partitions according to the guide, it says that the signature on the msipl.bin is bad. what am I doing wrong? BTW, my PSP drive is K:\
