I have a tubeworks amp too. There arent many of them around. I like it though, good crunchy overdrive but i switched out the 12ax7 for a 12ay7 just so i'd have more control over the lower gain settings.
I hate floated trems (other than kahler of dourse, those are perfect). I have a floyd rose on my rg570 but i hated it so i ended up blocking it off.
Anyway, play every ibanez model they have as well as a few others, iron maiden played strats so there really arent rules to what you have to play
