Beh, bullshit post, Unless I see the details on a "REAL" psp news forum, at least QJ, than I'll believe it. Some post on another forum like pspmod will always be fake. It's like if crack to hack would post a thread about OMG! FW 3.92!!! Don't believe everything you see, it's simple to make a eboot with that info.
