Thumbs up My way of Installing U.P.M.S {Guide}

WHAT U NEED:
PSP with CFW (i used 3.71m33...haven't tested it on any other cfw)
sony battery
128mb or more Memory Stick Pro Duo
Memory stick reader or USB for psp

Step 1.
Format your PSP using your psp
it is located under system settings -> format memory stick

Step 2.
download the 1.50 eboot:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/download.php?id=4
and rename it from EBOOT/UPDATE.PBP to 150.PBP and put it root of your memory stick

download the 3.71 eboot:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/download.php?id=1259
and rename it from EBOOT/UPDATE.PBP to 371.PBP and put in root of your memory stick

Step 3.
Once you have renamed ur eboots put them in the root of your memory stick

Step 4.
download this:
UPMSProject - Download Profile: UPMSInstaller (Full Version)

and put it in your ISO folder which should be on your memory stick

Step 5.
Run the UPMS Installer under PSP Game Menu

Step 6.
Once UPMS is loader press x to continue

Step 7.
Find "Step 1. IPL tools." (its the first option)
press x
once you are in you should find an option called "Install Sleep Fix Multi-IPL to Memory Stick"..press x and let it install
once it is done you should be back in the main menu

Step 8.
Find "Step 3. Firmware tools." and press x
find "Install U.P.M.S with Utilities" and press x (it will ask you if you would like to duplicate 150.PBP to make UPDATE.PBP..press x)
once it has finished installing press x to return to the menu
now you have a magic memory stick

Step 9.
Find "Step 2. Battery tools."
your battery will be automatically be backed-up
find "Create Pandora Battery (service mode)" and press x
now you have a Pandora Battery
switch of the PSP
NOTE** u can use your Battery as a normal and pandora battery...
this means when your battery is in pandora mode it will be the same as a normal battery but to boot with the pandora battery to the XMB menu you need your memory stick in with the IPL on your memory stick

USAGE:

for PHAT PSP
->put your magic memory stick in the PSP MS SLOT
->Hold down the L trigger button
->Insert Pandora battery
->Release L trigger button when the U.P.M.S menu appears
(If your psp boots to the XMB, it means you didn’t hold the L trigger button down)

for SLIM PSP
->->Power off and remove your slim battery.
->Insert the UPMS memory stick
->Now hold L and insert your Pandora Battery.
->Release L when the MS light or screen flashes.
->UL will automatically assign the 3.71 folders and launch DCv3

Now you should see the main menu of Ultimate loader (Trio)

-From here you can select the following:

-- Launch Pandora Extended Menu (Hellcat)
-- Activate folders for Pandora Menu Launcher (The Joker)
-- Activate folders for 371M33-2 & Launch Cemetery v3
-- Launch the elf menu
-- Press home to shutdown psp

I suggest using DCv3 (despertar Cemeterio v3 made by Dark Alex)
to upgrade your working or bricked PSP to CFW 3.71-2 M33

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
if you want to make your battery normal again load up UPMS under game menu and find
"Step 2. Battery Tools." press x
then find "Restore Battery eeprom from (ms0:eeprom.bin)" and press x
if that doesnt work find "Restore Serial from (ms0:eeprom.bin)" or "Make Normal battery" and press x
if your psp turns on with a black screen after making your battery normal..take out the battery and put it back in and switch on the psp again
