I don't think you can be called stubborn anymore. After countless amounts of evidence was provided, proving it to not be a vampire in any way. Making it so that all one would have to do to realize that it wasn't a vampire would be to have any - even absolute minimal - brain functionality, I don't think "stubborn" is the term for that.
