Here are links to 2 different video apps I have been using. Ripbot264 and xvid4psp. Both have pre-defined profiles to convert pretty much any video input via avisynth and create a psp compatible x264 mp4 file. If you like anime, xvid4psp will also add the subtitles file to the final video. PM me if you wanted to know more about these.
