well find that CatB50 installer (
http://www.pspmod.com/forums/psp-sof...full-lite.html ([RELEASE] Catb50 Team's Magic Memory Stick Creator v2.0 FULL & LITE)) and use the FULL installer, after you have the mahgic memory stick, turn you psp completely off, insert the MMS, then the battery, it should automatically come on, and your memory stick and wifi lights should blink (you know you got it working then) then just press X to install 3.8 m33...and you have CFW!
