What processor do you have? Nothing stands up to the cell yet. Theres no way in hell your pc can compare to the ps3's massive flops.
Of course pc's have higher rated graphics cards, its always been that way. Pc's have been running in hi-def for years and consoles have just started.

This makes me question how much you really know about how computers work. The ps3 doesnt support ANY DX. Its not a question of power, its that ms OWNS directx and sony doesnt want to use it/cant use it due to copyright stuff, so they went with a video card that supports openGL, which alot of people prefer to DX10.
