I'm done with arguing carp. I'm sorry to say this but I was laughing so hard when I read you're statement that I showed your statement to eight different people, two of them being my old AP Algebra II teacher and my AP Language and Compositon teacher and both said that while I should have said "but", my usage of "and" wasn't completely wrong because to understand it as you did you would have to consider that there would be an extra greater than sign... which wouldn't make any sense.

And you're reply was a waste of space because in my reply before it, not only did I say what it meant but also how it was correct. All you basically did was press reply, say "this is the one thing I learned from algebra", and repeat what your misdirected and slightly illogical thought was.

And by the way, learning how to write was one of the major things I learned how to do back in middle school, maybe you should go back there so you can learn how to write a paragraph in a fashion that makes it not mind numbing to decipher.
