I can't seem to get the doo-dad to worxxors...

You can just copy the files to flash0: ? (change the USB to use flash0
via the [L]+[R]+[select] press)
Because I can get it copied over ok.. but when I boot it begins to play the tinkle-tinkle-tiii sound and with a big grin I see "NARUTO" but then it bricks and shuts down...
