i am guessing you mean you have cahnged it to either ISO or CSO format. This wont work. You need you make the files into an EBOOT to run PSX games. There are a lot of programs that can do this, I think i used POPSTATION to do mine (I only had a old copy of FF VII to make so I did it and deleted the program, thats why im not sure).
