Ok first off ive spent the last day and half messing with my psp and i fianly got it to work. I owe much of my scucess to Wackedman he posted what he did around page 7 or 8 and after reading i realized i never checked my batterys charge and once i charded it to 100% every thing worked out perfectly. I had a psp slim 3.72 by the way now i have 3.71 m33-3.
This is the entire process that i followed:
1. Downloaded Pandora's Gui 1.5 via google
2. Downloaded Kd and Registry Files courtesy of Mexi_chino
3. Downloaded 1.5 ofw(Offical Frimware) via psp-vault they have every offical firmware
4. Made my Pandoras Battery Hardmoded using this guide
-- I used the Sony Replacment Battery Model # PSP-280 Japan---
-- I got it from Gamestop for about 40$--
5. Formated the MC (Memory Card) in the the psp (XMB-> ststem settings-> Format MC)
6. Extracted it to desktop, installed, and opened Pandora's Gui 1.5
7. Pluged my psp in via usb and put my Psp into Usb mode
8. Selcted my psp drive to J which mine was at the time (It should pop up asking if u want to set the new drive just discoverd as your psp. If no just do it manuely)
--now minimize Pandora's Gui 1.5 for a sec--
9. Next I found were i had placed ofw 1.5 extracted it from the zip it came with winrar then extracted the files to my desktop the edited the file from eboot.pbp and clicked rename to 150.pbp
10.Then i brought Pandora's Gui 1.5 back up and hit load from disk
11. After that i went to step one of the onscreen gui and slected format mc.
12. Once this had finished i removed the mc from my psp and turned off usb mode and turned it off completly
13. Now minimize Pandora's Gui 1.5
14. I then turned it back on and insterted the mc and turned usb mode back on again
15. Then I extracted the files off of
Kd and Registry Files It the made a folder called The File U Need
16. Open this file and u will see 3 folders open Despertar v3
17. Right cilck and highlight all the files this is what u should have highlighted kd , registry , psp, 150.pbp ,3.71 pbp and msipl
18. Left Click and hit copy
19. Now go to My Computer and open up your psp mc mine was J: now right click and paste the files in ur mc.
20. If it askes if u want to overwite hit overwrite all
21. Now follow steps 12 and 14 again
22. Maximize Pandorar's Gui 1.5 and make sure the right drive is selected
23. Click on Write IPL and let it do it thing
24. Now take ur psp out of usb mode and unplug it from ur computer and restart it
25. You should Now have the Magic Memory Stick That will Allow u to downgarde or to install 3.71 m33-3
-----------------------------------
Now for the next part
1. Make Sure that ur !!!BATTERY IS CHARGED!!!!! the first time i did this i just lit up the green light.
2. Mine was a 27% so to charge a pandoras battery use ur AC Charger to turn ur psp on the pop the battery in
3. Once its completly charged pop the battery out and turn it off
4. Now put ur Pandoras Battery in and it should automaticly turn on U should see the green light go on next the two lights on the left should turn on leting u know it is accessing the mc
5. Next there should be a text menue on ur psp screen
6. This is were u can decide whatu want to do
7. I read in a bunch of places that ur supposed to backup ur nand ithink its called but i didnt becuse i like to live life on the edge

but it is an extremly good idea though.
8. Anywho I slected the option to install 3.71 m33-3 by hiting the (X) button
9. Next the screen should spiting out textlines
!!! DONT TURN UR PSP OFF DURING THIS !!!
10. After a few minutes it should be finished and ask you to hit (X) to shutdown the psp
11. Now turn on ur psp and check for the Costom Firmware
12. Now you can either reformat the mc or keep it for latter downgarding but its up to u
13. And now ur done Enjoy the cfw and homebrew
And Thats about as detailed as i can go into the process I hope it helps
