Default 4.01 says corrupt? Game gone?
Make sure you renamed the 4.01 eboot to 401.pbp and make sure its the correct eboot. Make sure you added the update folder in PSP>Game with everyhtng in it including 401.pbp. If it doesnt work I cant help you.
