Nope...You need a battery to do it. However, you could always take a 5v -> 3.5-3.7v regulator, put it between the charger and battery control board (pop the cell out and replace it with the regulator+charger), and have yourself a wall-wart pandora "battery."

...Actually, don't do that - I claim it as my idea...
