I looked at the cables and everything looked connected.
However I took off the screen and re-connected it just to make sure.
So far I can't get the lcd to display again.
I've looked very closely at the ribbon cables and I dont see any markings,tears or the like. Looked at the connection on the mobo and nothing seems amiss there as well...
I'm baffled as to what is causing the problem.
