I just picked up 3x 4gb SDHC's on ebay for $22 shipped - Got one in mine now, working on switching (not as easy as you'd imagine) to allow me to put all of them plus a 2gig permanent pandora in my fat.

Don't buy into all the magicgate crap...It does nothing but allow DRM to prosper and serves no purpose in the PSP.
