So we all know it is piracy to have PSX games in EBOOT format for the psp if you do not own the game, right?!
That is correct to my knowledge, now this is what brings my confusion on...

So does this make owning this game & others the companies allow you to download for free, illegal? So since this is a FREE game couldn't we post links of these eboots that you can download for free? I mean it is not piracy, there giving it away for free...I am sure there are others out there as well, just @ Rockstars alone they offer 3 free games...
SO what do you guys think, is it or is it NOT piracy ? ? That is my question...
I am curious to what you all have to say about this topic...
