@Meatgull: If you see a chip on there that has "ICO 4" printed on it, look for a VERY small indent. That is the first pin and should be in the upper-left corner when looking at any diagrams. If you don't see "ICO 4" (I can't tell if there is a label even on there with the resolution of the picture) then I don't know what to do, sorry! Good luck!
