what is ur firmware, cuz if its any version of 5.00 m33 i think know what ur problem is cuz ive had the exact same problem as u and i cud relly help u

heres the solution:
already assuming u have CFW, format ur memory stick thru ur psp(go to system settings, scroll down to format memory stick and format it) and only ur psp
