lol gameboots and coldboots are somewhat different things. altho there is a wa to use ur gameboot as a coldboot.

its a web that shows u original and after resize, before u select if u wanna download. if the picture doesnt show, it means the file cant be resized.
2ndly, the disadv its only for gif, jpeg(jpg) and sth else. u can resize and convert ^^

however the best solution is to use photoshop. cos u can edit the quality later on. esp when resizing images, make the quality worsen a bit. i advice u all nvr to use those 1****x8** and resize to fit psp screen, unless the picture is still nice, i think those pics are the worst.
