Ebay will not pull the auction, as it is not haz\ardous or offensive. There is also no real copyrights on what is being sold, and noone is losing any money from the sale of this item. It is however, totally uneithical. As for asking a question, seller has to select a thing to make questions visible, so that won't inform anyone. If anyone is that stupid then they deserve to be ripped off. Theres no way we can stop it from happening.
