Im going to show you how to make Multi-disc Eboots, and to add music to your bootscreen. I will be using PSX2PSP 1.42 because its so darn easy and fun to use (to me anyway). For the noobies: PSX=PS1
First off you need to rip your Playstation game to your harddrive using one of the various cd ripping software like Alcohol or Clone CD. If you use an iso thats not yours, shame on you :).
Using Alcohol will usually spit out an ISO file (we can work with this) and using Clone CD you will have to set up using the Protected Computer game setting.
Supported files: ISO, BIN, IMG
Now that you have your ISO files, unpack PSX2PSP. Run the Classic Mode and it will bring up a menu like this:

Alright, I know this has been done and is over on AcidMods. No offense to them, but their pictures aren't that great..
At any rate, I have done this mod and then documented it with MUCH larger and clearer pictures.
This is a pretty easy mod to do since you've only got to solder 1 wire at 2 points. I have not included a disassembly tutorial because if you can't disassemble your PSP then you have no business soldering on it's motherboard. I am not responsible if YOU eff up YOUR PSP.

In this guide I am going to show you how to easily install 5.50 custom firmware
You need to be already running custom firmware to update to this CFW release. If you are not running CFW visit our shop and purchase a pandora battery kit.
If you are running custom firmware grab the 5.50 CFW files from Here and extract them.
- Connect your PSP to your computer via the USB cable.
- On your PSP select "USB Connect"
- Now from the extracted files copy the PSP folder and paste it to the root of your PSP
- Disconnect your PSP from USB connect

If your having trouble making a Magic Memory Stick and about to give up, just download and unpack these files to your mem stick.
You need:
A pandora battery.
At least a 512MB memory stick.
A HACKABLE PSP. Check to see if yours is here.
& preferably broadband. (This package is about 100+ MB)
