Default PSX Emulation

I'm having issue's with this.. I've tried using standard popstation and PSX2PSP, I have the base.pbp and keys.bin i do everything the readme says and it makes the eboot.. i put it in my game folder in a seperate folder and it shows up in my game menu.. it launches the game and shows the begining warning or whatever then the screen is black. it doesn't freeze, i can still use the home button, but nothing shows up. anyone know how to fix this?

maybe the game's not compatible, not all the games are compatible with the psp yet. Maybe try a different game.

I've used both Front Mission 3 and Gran Turismo, both ripped from original NTSC discs. I read the compatibility list and it said both were included..

Try using a PC PSX emu like ePSXe to test the ripped ISO's before you convert them. You'll find that ripping PSX games does not always make a perfect ISO like ripping a normal CD would. I have no idea why, but I haven't been able to get ANY of my PSX games to rip correctly. Not really a big deal since I only have six games and it's easy to find torrents for them.

I used ePSXe about six months ago to play some games, as far as I know it's the best PSX emu out there, and believe me, I tried a bunch of them.

Test that ISO

And if you don't want to pay, you can also use Alcohol 52%, it's freeware and has never failed to me until now
