is my GTA unpatched?

the person who sell this is doing bulk order. so he cannot know what update inside it. but i know that the patched and unpatched gta have different back cover. so is my gta is unpatched or not?

this look like the unpatched back cover, but it means nothing ,you cannot see the update version of the game (it must be the 2.00 update!!!!) so its your choice....

yeah I'd be very careful about looking for signs if its a unpatched or patched...

My one copy has the numbers on the dics that has been confurmed that it is a unpatched ver... but its really is patched... lame 2.6 update.
my other one i got from the UK and has the unpatched package and UMD...what is it your asking yourself?... yeah it's a patched one aswell...
I'll never be able to downgrade at this rate...

and dont rely on the picture on the back of the box either. sometimes the 2.0 has those pics you have, but sometimes they dont. i thought i bought the 2.0, but ended up being a 2.XX

best bet is try and buy used i would think.
