How do I put a iso game in my psp?

hi, I am new and I just downloaded a game.
my psp is a 3.10 OE-A
how do I put the game to work???
can someone teach me plz

EDIT:
I put my iso file in the psp iso folder.
when I tried to play it showed the psp white screen,then it said "the game could not be started.(80020321)"

thats why i used 2 "ww"

EDIT - maybe i did use 3 www's, i see you edited it, i thought (and tried) not putting in any WWW because it automaticaly links it

funny shit... erm in another forum i go to they have the option on advanced mode to have or not a link... this forum could have it..
