Renaming cso/iso files

I know if I rename a .cso to .iso it will change to an iso file. Well since windows doesnt have a program set up for .cso files, it shows FILENAME.cso. But for iso files it just say NAME and nothing after it. So I cant add a .cso because it wont do anything, it stays an iso. whats the deal

haha, i dont think itll change to a iso just because you renamed it, if you need a compressor to change from iso to cso, just search around and you can find one.
