Did anybody hear about Star Wars Battlefront II comin out in November??? I have star wars battlefront for the PS2 i thought it was fun. i think its going to alot of fun on the PSP and plus the wireless gaming makes it alot more fun. It looks like a decent shotting game for the psp beside Coded Arms. I REALLY PLAN TO BUY IT!

Gamestop is gonna be selling Star Wars Battlefront II tomorrow on Halloween......along with Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith......I know cuz i'm working

wait, so this is for the PSP? wow, i loved the 1st ps2 version, i am totally gonna pick this up...but there is that one game...you know that GTA or something...decisions decisions

Ok, I've got it. I have played through several battles in Galactic conquest. Good tactical battle set-up so there is a plus. But here's what you really care about.

Controls:
Face shape buttons are your look, analog is your move. R is fire and L is jump. Down is lock on, very helpful with semi-awkward look command. Up is enter vehicle. Right is change weapon and Left is Zoom.

Spaceships use the analog to control movement and face buttons to control thrust and brake as well as rolls and evasives. R is primary fire and L is secondary fire. Left is take off and land. Right is switch gunner position. Down is lock on again.

Controls are fairly smooth and lock on helps overcome awkwardness.

Graphics:
Good for the PSP but not fantastic. Character models are good and distinct, textures can be pretty bland. Some clipping does occur. Particle and beam effects are pleasing.

Tech:
Loading is in the 20 second realm.
Some clipping does occur.
No noticeable freezes or drops in frame-rate.

On-line:
Confirmation, there is no infrastructure mode. Only Ad-Hoc.
