MHF2 downloadable content

I feel like a real idiot for having to ask this, but I can't seem to figure out where to get the downloadable content for MHF2, so... can someone point me in the right direction? I am NOT looking for the game download (piracy FTL) but for the extra/additional content, and what does it consist of? Just extra quests or something beyond that? TIA.
Is it even possible without a wireless connection? Or should I just head down to Starbucks and d/l it thru my psp there?

on the main screen go down to downloads...and you need a wifi connection btw.
