monster hunter freedom unite trade list?

i could really use a "what im able to trade to friends in the gathering hall list"

it seems only potions and such when i was hoping i could trade materials or even equipment... can i get some help here?

you can only trade items with a rare level of 3 or lower.
you cant trade equipment or weapons though

its a forum dedicated to Monster Hunter.
they have weapons and armor trees and item locations and shit.
and if u cant find anything there search GameFaqs.
