Default Video issue with marvel ultimate allience 2

Hi all, I'm having a minor issue with MUA2. Playing with the UMD is fine no problem, but if I play my backup the video's are stuttering very badly and unwatchable.
I'm using a psp 1000 and my firmware is 5.50 GEN-B (full)

Could this be a firmware problem or a bad backup or something else?

Thanks guys

Im guessing you have the same problem i had when i couldnt watch my dumped dissidia opening clip without stutter.

I solved the program by converting the iso to a cso and using standard padding as well. For some reason compressed iso's seem to be more stable with filmclips imo.

Hope this helps.

EDIT-- Just to make things clear, dont just compress the iso that is stuttering now, use UMDGen to make a new cso from your original dump (which you've already decrypted with the tutorial.)

Hi mate, thanks for the reply, gave that a show but still having the same issue :-(
Perhaps some setting in the bootup menu that's not working great?

Okay, elimination process, try the iso on another psp, preferably with different CFW if possible. If it skips on another psp as well, I'd think the iso you ripped was simply a bad rip (can happen). Only advice I can think of is try dumping the iso without any other programs open on your computer, make sure umd is clean.

As for any cfw settings, I can't think of anything that would allow the game to play fine off a memory stick but stutter only the fmv's, however you could try M33-6's memory stick read enhancer hack.
