Default Caution screen in certain Japanese games

I have a bit of a problem: I recently bought Evangelion Jo, ripped the files, patched the EBOOT (with V4 of Yoshishiro's Decrypter), basically did everything right to get a patched ISO. However, as soon as I run it, this caution screen shows up and I can't go any further! Is there an additional layer of security at work here? Are there other games that have this caution screen besides Evangelion? Also, is there any known way to get around this or should I just go OFW to play this? Any help would be appreciated.

thats an anti piracy thing, if it detects CFW it will not run, and i dont think theres any fix, the only way to play it is to be on OFW and play, witch should be no problem since you have a UMD.....
