Ultimate OE-A/B Custom Firmware Guide (WIP)
hmm, why is it that you need 3.02 firmware JP and not US?
Do you know of a location that has the required file in a rar format, instead of PBP? I'm afraid that the file might download corrupt, and with a rar at least I can check if it downloaded completely.
(maybe somebody can post the eboot as a rar??)

That's because Qj.net didnt offer the 3.02 US files. I used to JP files and it worked fine, and since it has auto button swap it didnt really matter.
From what I know, it has 5 folders you really need.
OEUPDMAKER
--*302.pbp, *150.pbp, eboot.pbp * = You need to find 3.02 and 1.50 eboots
OEUPDMAKER%
--eboot.pbp
OEFLASHER
--*data.DXAR, eboot.pbp *= you need to make the data.dxar by merging 302 and 150 in oeupdmaker
OEFLASHER%
--eboot.pbp
FLASHER FOR RECOVERY
--RECOVERY
Anyone, please correct me on this if I made any mistakes. I might have forgotten some files.

Never tried it, although it's possible since it should have all the PRX files needed.

Ultimate OE-A/B Custom Firmware Guide (WIP)
I have a problem, I installed the "3.02 OE-A Easy Installer For 1.50 Users" and got the point where I had to run the 3.02 OE-A installer, then once it restarted, something about letting me know about 3.02 OE-A being installed and press X to install or R to exit or ignore.......so i pressed X to install it and then it got to the point where it just froze, so i did a hard restart by holding the power button.
Now everytime I try to start up my psp it doesn't even start up, just black screen and the power button goes green then shuts off on its own.
Anyone encounter this?

i took the easy installer option here, and i cant upgrade to OE-B.
"The game could not be started" Error message. And checking my psp directory, i dont have any game150 folder, only a "game" and a "game271" folder (and music, photo and savedata folders)
