Yeah it was released.. And the update covers only and ONLY PS1 games that were not working like:

Metal Slug 6 and a few more games that were having problems.



The fix comes as 3.10 OE-A2 †“

* Corrected a bug that caused Metal Slug 6 (from Metal Slug Anthology), and other umd/iso games containing a static elf to show error 0ÃÃâ€*Չۉ €ÂÂ�80020148.

ok i copy the file to GAME150 folder and when i go to games xmb it says there are no games available? whats the prob?

copy the folder within the file eboot.pbp to game150 folder

I agree with chinese people, i can't be upgrading my firmware every couple a days just because of a new firmware release. i just upgraded to 3.03oec a week ago.

So far I've seen nothing that really makes 3.1 OE-A and A' better than 3.03 OE-C

It's an update. The purpose of an update is to improve things in increments when they become fixed or possible. Would you care for PSP 1.0 to be sold then 5 years down the line 1 and only 1 update that fixes everything be released just so you're not bothered with updating? No one forces you to update and sony doesn't cater to you. I love your sig btw.....

That's cus you don't have PAL games or you're not playing a NTSC game that gained compatablity. The people with PAL games are thrilled and could really give a shit about your indignant response.
