DevHook not needed for FW. 3.03 OE-C??

I'm just wondering. Do you need the devhook app to play certain games on the new firmware FW. 3.03 OE-C. ?? Because since it's the newest FW. it wouldn't require a devhook to emulate to a higher FW.

but to be nice, besically no your emulating the latest firmware on the xmb, so you dont need a devhook, you can use both, but its pointless

also i saw some thread about a guy that claimed that he bricked his psp using devhook, while on OE... so dont try that at home

Well they tried to allow you to emulate the 3.0+ firmwares on devhook and it ended up requiring a bit of flashing. At this point I stopped using DH and realized about custom firmwares lol.
