no it doesnt you have to downgrade to 1.5 first.

i initiated the upgrade to v3.4 oe-a but all that happened was that the screen just went black...the power is still turned on, but theres nothing happening...pls advise..panicking like ants on hot pants! :'(

try turning it off by holding the power switch up for 10 seconds then turn it on and press R, if a recovery menu comes up your saved if not you bricked it which means its useless.

i saved the recovery file at the proper place....PSP/GAME/RECOVERY...but i tried the turning off the power and turning it on again while pressing R...no reaction...is it really bricked? ohman....how to unbrick it? pls someone...pls pls pls pls pls...

you cant unbrick it man unless you send it to sony they charge around 70.

yea if u took te battery out and put it back in and trey to power up while holding R and power.... then its bricked

I was wondering if 3.03- OEC could be upgraded to 3.40 OEA ? i'm rather confused, but is it wise at all ?

yea it can its rather simpe get the 3.40oea easy flasher but in your game or game150 file (back up first) and run the program from your psp and your good to go ..

Okay i downloaded the 3.40 OEA version the easy way, I ve done it before and it was fine and I had to do it again because I semi bricked my psp. This time when it was done a blue screen popped up saying settings are corrupted press O. So I did and it brought me home. But now to enter everything I have to push O instead of X. Anyway to fix that?NVM I found out how to do it. I had to go to recovery mode than into registry hacks.
