downgrading without a pc?

my friend wanted to know if he can downgrade( he already has 3.5O and lumines ) without a pc he said that the psp can download the files and run the downgrade. is this possible?

i'm going to haveta go with no, but im not 100% theres always a way...

for instance if you have the files on your memory card and just give it to him that way then im sure it would work w/o a hitch...

its what i did my friend saw what i could do with my PSP and i had just upgraded recently and he had 1.5

If you can find a way to put the downgrading files on to the memcard without a PC then it is possible, but I dont see how you would be able to put files on the memcard without PC.

cant u just save them from the web browser im sure its possible i myself hav downloaded files and directly got them saved on my ms PRO duo.

When you download from the internet it does not give you an optoin to save it in the game folder and plus when you download it it will be zipped or rar so how are you going to extract it.

Ok let me straighten it out for you. When you download the files from the internet it most likely will be compressed in a zip or rar format. To decompress these files you need winrar or any other decompressin tool which the psp dont have. So to make the story short you can not downgrade your psp without the use of a computer. At some point the files had to have been transfered using a computer.

possible if you got the files in your memstick. i got 3 (32mb) mspd that I use to downgrade psp units. 1 is for the official firmware update (3.50), 1 with the lumines saved game exploits along with the 1.50 eboot and the last 1 for the custom firmware installer.

Yes you can use Latest Lumines Disc to downgrade without pc.
