Installation of overall custom firmware

i have a 3.80 slim i want to know how do you make a pandora battery with your regular battery and i have a 4gb memory that's been formatted after pandora how do i change to 1.50 and then to 3.40 OE so i can download and burn games.

You can either soft-mod or hard-mod your battery to make a Pandoras Battery...look around for guides. The psp slim cannot go below OF 3.60 , so your best choise of firmware would probably be 3.80 M33 . Don't download games you don't own though....it is considered piracy.
