Ok, so I have successfully created a magic ms using despertar cementerio v4.
I've followed it step by step, and then I came across this portion of the instructions:

The question is:
Am I supposed to run msinst while the ms is in the psp? Will using msinst while the ms is in a card reader affect the unbricking process? Does it matter?
I have successfully ran and executed msinst with the ms in the card reader; however, I am unsure as if it should of been in the psp instead...
