i have 3.90 ofw on do have to have homebrew running to downgrade useing a datel tool or pandora battery

Homebrew are programs which are runned after downgrading a psp ......... They are not the programs which help downgrading a psp ............... You will have to create magic memory stick along with pandora battery to downgrade your psp

if you need help with doin all that i recommend youtube it has so many "how to videos" its not even funny
